project fails because of

I think there are couples of issues that made the project fail.
For example, the communication between the project mangers and workers was not professional.
They also did not plan everything as it should be. The project managers get involved in everything and think that he knows better than the worker which is not right. They have some problems with getting work done on time and they were not prepared before they start the project, like they should have all equipments and other things ready before they start.

Tech presentation

I think I missed couple of points I should not have to apologies to the audience otherwise that will bring them down. I also said that "NO" then I realized that is it rude but I don't mean it. That happens when I get excited and engaged to any topics, it is bad habit. I can tell form others there is a confusion which made me nervous while I am talking. I do focused in couple of students since they show me that they are interested but when I see others writing comment I do not feel that they pay attention, I know they do but I just feel that way :).
I think I did well in the opening, closing not sure if I had closing or just said that "any questions".

Successful Project

If I am a project and want to be a successful I need to do all of these tips.
First I need to read each chapter that assigned before the class.
Second I would come to class all the time and participate as well.
I should do the assigment before it’s due.
Also it is a necessary to communicate with the professor and other students.
I should take notes when the professor emphasis in any subject.
I should prepare myself before exams and talk to the professor if I have something not clear.
I also need to participate with group projects.

Faisal

I’m currently student at Edgewood College studying CIS ( Computer Information Systems ). This major made me quit my job. After years of experience in Networking, I decided to be IT manager who has knowledge of everything, or at least as many as I can. I had two years diploma in Networking and some certificates from Microsoft like, MCSE and upgraded it in 2009 to MCITP, A+, N+, I also planning to get CISSP. I learned that college life is different from real life. For example, when I started my job I thought I can fix everything I had studied but I found what I learned at schools were just a driblet of sea. Then I wanted to understand other operation systems because I was planning to have Hosting and design website. Since then I’m  Linux user since 2003. I started using Linux with Red Hat v.3 then became a Debian fan since it was useful than RPM as end-user. Now I’m using Linux Mint which based on Ubuntu ( Debian ) and I suggest to everyone to give it try.
